Interlibrary Loan  

Software Upgrade - Thursday, April 11

ILLIad will be down this afternoon (April 11) from 1pm until 3pm while we upgrade the software. We expect the actual downtime to be less than this.

During this time no new ILL orders can be submitted and ILL will not process incoming orders. Regular service will resume as soon as the upgrade is completed.

Pick up ILL Requests in Greenville

If you're a Clemson student in Greenville, you can now pick up your Interlibrary Loan requests in the library at the University Center - Greenville.

If you're setting up a new account, select "Hold for Pickup (University Center - Greenville)" as your Loan Delivery Option (see screenshot).

If you already have an account and want to change your pick-up location, do NOT create a new account.  Log in to your current account, click on the "Change User Information" link in the left column (see screenshot), then select "Hold for Pickup (University Center - Greenville)" as your Loan Delivery Option.

InterLibrary Loan will NOT fill requests for course-required textbooks.
